International Surrogate motherhood center. Mission

1. Mission of the International surrogate motherhood center "La Vita Felice".

The political and economical changes, social problems arising in Ukraine for last years have affected considerably the physical and mental condition of the citizens. There decreased distinctly the birth rate, jumped the death rate among population of the country.

2. Infertility is rather surrogate motherhood program;

• Attraction of voluntary contributions of Ukrainian and foreign legal and natural persons in the form of money and natural items to implementation of own charitable programs;
• Charitable actions aimed at obtaining funds for poor family couples to pay the surrogate mother compensation;
• Provision of funding of extracorporeal fertilization program for poor families carried out both by state and private human reproduction medical institutions;
• Participation in municipal and national programs on support of children’s homes and rendering financial assistance.

3. Organization of surrogate motherhood program management and control of its implementation

Organization of management of the surrogacy motherhood Program is imposed on the Center’s Director. The Auditing Commission is in charge of control of its implementation.

4. Collection of Funds
